Abstract

It has been traditionally among foreign policy scientists that there is no interest in the phenomenon of political leadership in the process of drawing and making foreign policy, but field and applied research has proven the opposite, that this variable represents the original factor that follows the process of manipulating forces and positions. Leaders fall into the category of qualitative factors, which are important factors in foreign policy, a role that researchers in international policies and researchers in comparative policies study in their studies, and the methods and type of these processes.
