"E-Government and Its Impact on the Effectiveness of Governmental Performance: The Case of Bahrain"

Digital transformation has become a central tool for developing governmental performance, with e-government playing a vital role in expediting transactions, broadening access to information, and enhancing decision-making processes. This study examines the impact of e-government on political and administrative performance, with reference to Bahrain as a case study. It highlights the achievements in service delivery and institutional efficiency, while also addressing the challenges of sustainability, inclusiveness, and adaptation to digital transformation requirements. The findings suggest that e-government not only improves administrative procedures but also strengthens political performance, institutional capacity, and international competitiveness.
