About the Journal

Political Issues is an international, peer-reviewed, open access quarterly journal and published by Al-Nahrain University (College of Political Sciences) since 2000. Political Issues publishes in both English and Arabic, and consider Original Research Papers, Reviews, Book Reviews, and Letters to the Editor in all aspects of political science. Political Issues aims to be at the forefront of international scientific journals on topics related to political science.
We consider a wide range of political science topics, including but not limited to: comparative public policies, diplomacy and international relations, strategic studies, comparative political systems, political ideas, sustainable development, comparative governance, elections and representation, measurement of opinion, peace and democracy, political economy, participation in governance management, technology policy, refugees and conflict, and international regulation.
