Abstract

for political engineering, the process of political engineering required a comprehensive assessment of its applications and mechanisms adopted by countries to reach real development, eliminating the manifestations of backwardness and catching up with developed countries, and in this context, Rwanda and Singapore were the two most important contemporary experiences that lessons can be drawn from.

In order to find a realistic picture to evaluate the experiences of wise leadership, which represented the diagnosis of the status quo, the practice of public policies, and the engineering of strategies to achieve the goals, it was worthwhile to address Malaysia and Brazil, as the most important experiences of contemporary political engineering based on rational leadership, and in it the role of political leadership that Political engineering adopted.
