Abstract

       The state's policy lies in its geography، and the status and power of the state is of great importance in its foreign policy and its relations with other countries، and thus its impact on its future relations. External، and the lack of balance between the major powers or the increasing tension in the relations between the two competing states or the escalation of conflicts within the buffer state، which prompts the internal parties to seek the assistance of one of the two powers to resolve the internal situationProvide the necessary security scope for the coexistence process. The state is a sovereign entity، and it alone has the powers to maintain security within its borders. Therefore، the state has been associated with the function of defending its lands and citizens and protecting them from danger. External and foreign aggressions، and keeping the borders safe from penetration attempts aimed at corrupting citizens and destabilizing internal security. Repercussions on achieving the interests of states and their peoples in light of the interaction of the parties to international relations between cooperation and conflict.
