The future role of revisionist powers in managing the geopolitical conflict in Eastern Europe after2014

إن التركيز على فهم أبعاد ادوار القوى التعديلية في تغيير هيكلية النظام الدولي ومنافسة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في المناطق الحيوية الجيوبوليتكية تشكل أهمية حيوية في مدركات التفكير الاستراتيجي للقوى الدولية( القوى التعديلية- المراجعة)، عن طريق صياغة فرضيات تعزز من أدوارها المستقبلية في إطار أدارة نماذج الصراع الجيوبوليتكي في مناطق العالم المختلفة ولاسيما في شرق أوربا، والتي برزت أهميتها بشكل واضح في ظل معطيات الحرب الروسية- الأوكرانية، إذ يأتي الصراع ضمن إطار التحولات الدولية الراهنة والصراعات على مناطق القوة والنفوذ المكانة الدولية بين القوى الدولية المؤثرة في القضايا والشؤون الدولية، ويبقى بلا شك إن مستقبل أدارة الصراع الجيوبوليتكي بين القوى الدولية هو احد الركائز الممكنة لتفسير الدلالات الإستراتيجية للحرب الروسية- الأوكرانية، إذ يبرز دور القوى التعديلية في الاضطلاع بأداء دور فاعل ومهم في التأثير على مقتربات إدارة الصراع الجيوبوليتكي في شرق أوربا ولاسيما أوكرانيا والتي تتمتع بمكانة جيوستراتيجية متقدمة في صياغة نماذج الاستقطاب والتأثير والنفوذ في أطار معادلة التنافس في أطار تشكيل تحالفات مضادة ومدى تأثيرها في مفاعيل إدارة الصراع الجيوبوليتكي وهنا تتجلى القوى التعديلية( الصين وروسيا) والتي سوف يكون لها أدوار مهمة في تحديد البوصلة الإستراتيجية وإدارة الصراع الجيوبوليتكي في مناطق النفوذ الاستراتيجي ولاسيما شرق أوربا في أطار سعيها إلى إثبات مقومات قوتها الشاملة بوصفها شريك أساس في إدارة تفاعلات النظام العالمي والتأثير في مداخيل مفاعيله الثانوية والأساسية.
