استراتيجية مكافحة التطرف في العراق ودور تكنلوجيا المعلومات

إن التطرف ظاهرة خطيرة تهدد الاستقرار والسلم والوحدة الوطنية وتعيق عجلة التنمية ونظام الأمن الجماعي والسلم والأمن الدوليين، كما تكمن خطورة الظاهرة في قدرتها على تجنيد وتخدير عقول الشباب، عليه تنطلق الدراسة من حاجتنا الماسة إلى استجماع كل الحقائق المتعلقة بمناشئ التطرف والإرهاب، ودوافع توغلهما وانتشارهما، ومرتكزات القوة لهما، وجوانب الضعف الراهن فيهما، وبما ان الارهاب الالكتروني هو استخدام الحاسوب الرقمي بنظمه وبرامجه وملحقاته ووسائل الاتصال في ارتكاب الجرائم إلارهابية، فقد تحولت شبكة إلانترنت إلى "اعلام بديل" للعصابات إلارهابية، ويجب أن يكون للحكومة العراقية عدد من سياسات مكافحة التطرف الواعدة التي يمكن أن تقتبسها لصياغة استراتيجيتها الخاصة في مكافحة التطرف بعد هزيمة تنظيم داعش ويوصي الباحثين الحكومة بالاستفادة من روح الوحدة الوطنية التي ما تزال مسيطرة على الشارع العراقي في أعقاب هزيمة التنظيم، وأن تطمح إلى تعزيز الهوية العراقية من أجل تحقيق التوافق والإصلاح بين الفئات المختلفة دون أن تتعرض للاختراق من قبل أجندات متطرفة.
