Abstract

Thinking about the study of risk management has become a priority in the contemporary strategic and political literature for considerations related to the development, diversity and ease of possession of power, as well as the plurality and diversity in the actors of the international system, which led to an increase and complexity of threats in terms of type and source, which led the strategic thinking circles to move from risk management to Risk management with methodologies and techniques that ensure the state effectively confronts risks and transforms them with resources and high ambition into an opportunity, or at least to contain the risk before it occurs.
