Abstract

The issue of climate change is a decisive issue and the most urgent and important to "the international community in the current era، due to the serious future impacts and repercussions that climate change may cause، not the least of which is the drying up of some rivers، the drowning of vast parts of coastal areas، and the changing map of agricultural production areas. In the world، international environmental organizations have issued severe warnings about the deterioration of the global climate، warning of danger to alert the unwary that this deterioration could have horrific repercussions as a result of the increase in carbon gases".
