Abstract

Religious adherents always have their faith influence their politics, especially if this faith is filled with justifications that are consistent with his politics. From this, our hypothesis began: Will the law that legislates a religious person have priority in terms of application, or will his faith remain dominant, and through this research Two models were chosen (the Jews and the Christians), with two models for each model trend, and in each model there were two stages, one of which was controlled by their belief, and the second after a law was enacted that assumed that the legislating states were the major and dominant states that imposed their opinions on others because, according to what they claim, they no longer believe in that belief. The problem that was discussed is that the adherents of these two faiths are in ideological disagreement regarding the origins and not the branches, but they always put their differences and fighting aside. When the other party is Islam, and as a result, the premises of the hypothesis from which we started are correct.
