البواعث المحفزة للحرب الأوكرانية بين المدركين الروسي والامريكي

تحتل أوكرانيا موقع حساس ذات أهمية كبيرة في المدركيين الروسي والامريكي ، إذ تعد الدولة الفاصلة الأكبـر بين روسيا وتحالف الغربي ، اذ يطمح الغرب الى إدخال أوكرانيا في عمليات الاندماج والشراكة الأوروبية لتقليص نفوذ روسيا وإحكام السـيطرة عليها ، في الوقت ذات روسيا تعارض وصول نفوذ الغرب إلى جوارها المباشر ، اذ لا تستطع أن تتـرك أوكرانيا لتصبح جـزءا من المنظومة الأمنية والاقتصادية الغربية ، فهي تعتبر أوكرانيا منطقة مصالح والحصن الاستراتيجي الذي يعزلها عن الغرب .
فان دراسة البواعث المحفزة للحرب الاوكرانية، تستدعي مناقشة الخصائص التي تتميز بها اوكرانيا ، فضلا عن الإطار الأوسع لمكانتها في الرؤى الاستراتيجية الروسية والأمريكية ، من خلال توضيح الأهمية الاستراتيجية لأوكرانيا بالنسبة إلى روسيا والولايات المتحدة وموقف كل منها من الحرب الأوكرانية.
