Abstract

Parliament is the institution that has the right to formulate, discuss, and approve laws, and this is within the specific constitutional frameworks of each country. One of its tasks is also to monitor the implementation of these laws, legislation, and policies, in addition to being a representative of the people and emanating from them. It must be subject to constant evaluation in order to move in the direction Correct, and meets the people's needs and aspirations.
