Founded in the nineties of the last century and by the pioneers of the copenhagen school a new security path allows overcoming the traditional strategic security approaches and studies prevailing in the international system ,through the expansion of the secuity agenda and the expansion of threats that are no londer threatening the suvival and existence of thestate only ,but also threatening the existence of social groups within the state ,
