The influence of the Federal Supreme Court in making public policies of the American political system

Abstract:
Founding Fathers did not overlook when they established democratic political system in American United States in making constitutional foundations and legal essentially concentrate on guiding its policies, Therefore, they insist to establish a judicial body concerned with making the activities of the system in consistent accordance with the approach constitutional and legal, and make granting the legitimacy of working with laws and decisions concerned with their agree, this is embodied through the interpretation of the articles of the constitution, and determining the constitutionality of laws and decisions, In addition, make it subject of arbitration in the differences that occur between the institutions of the system at both the federal and local levels. It does not depend on that, but includes individuals as well, it is thus a controlling and directing factor embodied in influencing the general policy-making of the American political system.
