دور الجريمة المنظمة في تهديد أمن الدولة والمجتمع: المخدرات إنموذجاً

عنـد مراجعـة كلمـة رئيـس مجلـس الــوزراء "محمــد شــياع الســوداني" التــي ألقاهــا فـي مؤتمـر بغـداد الدولـي الاول لمكافحـة المخـدرات وذكــر فيهــا بالقــول:« نواجــه حربــا معقــدة، يتســلل فيهــا العــدو ليفتــك بأبنائنــا، ويدمــر أســرنا، ويفــكك نســيجنا الاجتماعــي, وحربنــا مــع المخــدرات لا تقــل ضــراوة وخطــراً عــن حربنــا التــي انتصرنــا فيهــا ضــد الارهــاب ». يتبين لنا مدى تفاقم ازمة المخدرات, وامتداد أضرارها إلى الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع , وللحد منها يلجئ الى طرق قضائية – تشريعية – أمنية, فضلاً عن الاصلاحية كالتنشئة, التي تعد عاملاً أساسياً في الحد من مخاطر المخدرات. إذ تلعب الأسرة ومؤسسات التعليم والمجتمع والاعلام دوراً حيوياً في توجيه سلوك الأفراد.
