تزايد تعقيدات المشهد العالمي وتحدياته، من الأزمات الجيوسياسية والاستراتيجية والاقتصادية إلى التغيرات الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية السريعة، مما يضع ضغوطاً هائلة على رؤساء الدول والحكومات. في هذا السياق، تبرز أهمية القيادة الاستراتيجية كعنصر حاسم في توجيه مسار الحكم نحو تحقيق الاستقرار والتقدم. وعلى الرغم من الاعتراف المتزايد بأهمية القيادة الاستراتيجية على المستوى الدولي؛ لا يزال هناك نقص في الفهم العميق لكيفية ممارستها بفعالية على أعلى مستويات السلطة، أي من قبل رؤساء الدول والحكومات.
