The need for international cooperation in all fields was the focus of the United Nations, being the main pillar of the world's security, peace and economic transformation. The United Nation was tasked with overseeing the organizations established during the League of Nations era and other organizations that will emerge afterworld. However, this has led to the emergence of problems related to the achievement of the designated goals due to organizational and operative circumstances. Thus, the United Nations has been obliged to accomplish what has been delegated to achieve in accordance with its international legitimacy and resolve the problems that may arise between the specialized international agencies and the United Nations.
