The concept of ideology is one of the controversial concepts that thinkers differed in interpreting and clarifying, as it can include different dimensions or interpretations, as well as the branches of ideology to include political, social, and other ideologies. This is also the case with the concept of utopia, which has gone through changing interpretations throughout history if this concept has not been witnessed. Agreeing on one fixed definition or concept like the previous one, and on this basis, this research presents these two concepts and the dialectic of the relationship between them.
