Abstract

The Russian-Ukrainian war constituted a real test of the efficiency of French foreign policy to lead and unify European positions towards this war, then focus on the independence of the European decision from the vision and decisions of the foreign policy of the United States of America, a role that French President Emmanuel Macron tried to play and pursue a foreign policy that differs in means The goals of the foreign policy of the rest of Western Europe and the United States of America, and working with high diplomacy before the crisis and after the outbreak of war, and providing diplomatic solutions on the language of threat adopted by the rest of the countries.
